Lowfer SIW has joined WM and TAG around the 185.3 kHz watering hole.
Operation is like last year: T, Th, Sa, Su 185.2993 kHz sending "SIW" at
QRSS30, then QRSS60, then repeat; M, W, F 185.185 kHz sending wspr15,
opera32, visual "SIW", and CW ID hourly. Changeover time is about 1800Z.
