I would give me left something if I could hear 209. At what time do you hear them? Morning or evening? I am in Texas and I have a carrier on 209 that I believe to be an NDB. I see it every day but I am not totally sure that is what it is. I have tried Ruropean and Asian web SDR's to see if I could receive 209 but to no success. I assume you are in an eastern state?
