Marcy, I am not so sure about Mongolian radio. I have looked for them on SDR's located in Europe, Asia and others and I have still not seen them. A couple of times I saw carriers on two of their frequencies. But I don't have a sense that they are there. I know they have strange broadcast times but I try to look for them and will continue. If you have seen and heard one please let me know.
