Nightly, I'm copying a 15 minute on/off transmission on 2200m 137.381 khz. I've tried decoding it thinking its FST4-900, also tried FST4W-900 and just can't get a decode. Anyone know who's on this freq nightly? It's a good signal into my location. Ray ... swlem3 ... N. Central Texas
