Bruce, the link I use for info on R1 is https://rxx.classaxe.com/en/rna/signals. Use R1 for the call ID. As John indicated it's located at Thetford Mines, Quebec, FN46ib, 46/02/44N, 71/16/04W and runs 25 W.
