Can’t be certain but I think I’m copying the German DCF77 German time station on 77.5 kHz here in the N Boston area. See https://www.meinbergglobal.com/english/info/dcf77.htm. Very clear “almost 1 second” dashes every second exactly as described. My ears can’t discern difference between 0.1 and 0.2 second breaks of course so can’t be certain of station ID. Never heard this before despite lots of listening <100 kHz.
